I always return to this amazing place. The staff even gave me a hot drink on my first stay when it was cold. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fitness center, and more. See you at Easter!

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference because it provides the Nomikos Conference Centre and Wall Paintings of Thira Exhibition. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient for my work purposes. The staff was also accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace where I could have easily accessed computers, printers, and other office equipment. It would have been more convenient for me to have a designated area for my work-related tasks.

When we first arrived to our room, the weather was cold and rainy and our heater in the room did not function properly. The hotel staff tried to fix the heater but it still did not work. The staff moved us to their best suite in order to maintain our comfort and lived up to the quality and excellence provided by the hotel. The hotel boasts an amazing view from one of the highest points of the Island. The staff were friendly and were quick to accomodate our every need. Breakfast was excellent.

Due to the time of the year, most of the shops in the area were closed. There were only two resturants within walking distance that were open. If you stay in this area you will require transportation to other areas, but given the small size of the Island it isnt muh of a concern as you will probably rent a car to go exploring anyway.

The magnificent caldera and sunset view from the jacuzzi, the kind staff and the breakfast are really unique.

Some of the suites has no privacy because right front of their jacuzzi there is a passage for other rooms. Moreover, there are some public electricity wires that disturbs a bit the spectacular view.

The property offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for focusing on work. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and productive stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace. Having a designated area with amenities such as computers, printers, and office supplies would have been beneficial for my productivity during my stay.

The suites at Galaxy Suites & Villas have a beautiful, traditional Cycladic style. The marble or mosaic bathrooms make you feel like you're staying in a luxurious spa. The 3-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool and caldera view is absolutely stunning! I loved the individually regulated air conditioning and heating in the accommodation units. The veranda with a hot tub and caldera view in the suite was the perfect place to relax.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the double bed in the accommodation units as I prefer a larger bed.

Cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and the fantastic staff there. Very peaceful location and a great experience.

Host and Breakfasts were great, we loved the location which is a little quiter and out the way, others I guess would like to be closer to the action. That said there were lovely restaraunts within 3-5 minutes walk, and it was very easy to get to Fira, Oia, Kamari etc. Rentals are not expensive. Red Beach was a longer journey, probably 30-40minutes drive.

The patio for our room was joined with others and the reception, so I imagine wouldnt allow for much privacy in peak season. There are were other rooms where this wasnt the case.

Great location, close to Fira and a short drive to Oia. Quaint town with amazing view and serene sunset. Friendly staff, especially Vaios and Maria. 2 pools and private plunge pool in 3 bedroom cave villas. Turn down service twice a day and decent breakfast. Own restaurant and bar.
